Product Overview

The DSL135 Power Swivel is a rotating drive device installed on the derrick of a workover rig or drilling rig. Driven by a hydraulic motor and reduced through gears, it rotates the center stem to achieve drill string rotation and mud circulation. Designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8C, it is widely used in casing milling, milling operations, drilling cement plugs/bridge plugs, fishing, sidetracking, open-hole drilling, and coring operations.

The DSL135 features hydraulic drive with infinitely variable speed control and high torque at low speeds. The hydraulic system can be powered by electric motor or diesel engine, adopting an integral skid-mounted structure for easy transportation and installation. The center stem bore withstands high-pressure mud circulation, working with the gooseneck and wash pipe to achieve drilling fluid circulation.
