ZJ50LDB is a 5000-meter-class mechanical-electrical compound drive land drilling rig. It is designed for demanding drilling operations requiring flexibility and precise control, particularly where separate adjustment of the rotary table and mud pump is essential.

Key Design Concept

The core advantage of the LDB series is its independent rotary table drive. While the drawworks and mud pumps are powered by diesel engines through a compound chain or cardan shaft transmission, the rotary table is driven independently by an AC variable frequency motor. This configuration solves the traditional limitation of mechanical rigs, where the rotary table speed and mud pump stroke could not be adjusted separately, thereby optimizing drilling parameters and improving overall efficiency.

• Independent Rotary Table Control: The AC motor driving the rotary table enables stepless speed regulation, breaking through torque limitations and enhancing drilling performance.

• Reliable Braking System: Equipped with hydraulic disc brakes as the main brake and electromagnetic eddy current brakes for auxiliary braking, ensuring safe and precise handling of the drill string.
