Applications

KCB series gear pump for conveying solid particles and fiber, non corrosive, temperature is not higher than 80 DEG C, the viscosity is 5 * 10-6 to 1.5 * 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) and other liquid lubricating oil or lubricating oil of similar nature.

The structural characteristics of

● This series gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. A higher gear after heat treatment the hardness and strength, together with the shaft installed in the sleeve can be replaced within the operation. All parts of the pump are lubricated by the output medium while the pump is working.

● The pump has a reasonable design of oil and oil return tank, the gear is in the work of the torque force is small, so the bearing load is small, wear and tear, high pump efficiency.

●The pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump. But note that the safety valve can not be used for long-term work, the need to be installed on the pipeline.
