GN designs and manufactures vertical and horizontal mud tanks, water tanks and oil tanks in accordance with API & ISO standards. GN usually uses corrugated board to make the sidewall stronger. Conventional horizontal mud tanks are usually oilfield-type design skid-mounted three aisles for easy movement. GN is usually installed with ISO standard interface to facilitate lifting from the tank top. The walkways, stairs and manholes are covered with galvanized grilles. The steel GN is sandblasted first, and the paint we use is the Japanese Kansai brand gold epoxy zinc-rich paint, the first layer thickness is 75μ, the epoxy medium is twice, the thickness is 250μ, the polyurethane topcoat is twice, the outer thickness of the tank It is 70 μ. Spray 2 layers in the tank as above.
