Description of Loctite 222:
●Pretreatment: The surface of the installation parts needs to be cleaned to ensure that there is no oil and residual oil, such as: oil, anti-rust oil. Most of them do not require special pretreatment on the surface of the substrate, especially if it is difficult to bond the substrate, pretreatment is required.
●Sizing: Take an appropriate amount and evenly smear the surface of the thread.
●Removal: The spilled colloid will not solidify, it can be wiped off or use a special cleaning agent.
●Accelerator: If the accelerator is combined with LOC-7471 to use LOC-7649, it can effectively shorten the curing time.
