Acceptance

Engage in spamming, flooding, soliciting or mass marketing via e-mail, direct mail, telephone, or otherwise to Topland users.

5. Respond to a job listing, or any other posting, on behalf of anyone other than yourself.

6. Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.

7. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Site and services.

8. Post or transmit

(a) Any content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or harmful, or that infringes on our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights;

(b) Any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication;

(d) Any trade secret of any third party;

(e) Any material, nonpublic information about companies without the authorization to do so.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with your use of the Site and Site-related services. .

Registration;

Others

This Agreement is entered into in Shanghai and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
