Engage in spamming, flooding, soliciting or mass marketing via e-mail, direct mail, telephone, or otherwise to Topland users.

5. Respond to a job listing, or any other posting, on behalf of anyone other than yourself.

6. Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.

7. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Site and services.

8. Post or transmit

(a) Any content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or harmful, or that infringes on our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
